The Money

Half of everything you refer is yours.

Most summits pay speakers in exposure. We pay in commission. Every attendee you send is cookied to you, and you earn on the pass, the add-ons, and the membership — not just the first sale.

What your audience buysPriceYou earn
All-Access VIP Pass — during the event$37$18.50
All-Access VIP Pass — after the early window$47$23.50
All-Access VIP Pass — after the event ends$67$33.50
Order bump Changes each event — example: Craft Project & Supplies Tracker$9$4.50
Upsell Changes each event — example: Ultimate Summit Bundle$27$13.50
Craft & Create Club — annual$70$21.00
Craft & Create Club — monthly$7/mo$2.10/mo

50% commission on the pass, the order bump and the upsell. 30% on Craft & Create Club. The bump and upsell products change from event to event — the ones above are examples at typical price points. No earnings cap, no restrictions on how you promote.

Do the math on one buyer

One person takes the $37 pass, adds the $9 order bump, and grabs the $27 upsell. That single buyer pays you $36.50. If they also join Craft & Create Club for the year, you're at $57.50 from one person.

Now multiply that by the slice of your list that shows up. Across our summits we've processed 7,801 transactions and paid $126,077.28 in commissions to 313 partners. We keep the smaller half on purpose — the speakers who promote are the reason these events work.

Your Email List

Two ways your list grows — and you own every name.

We never hold your leads hostage. Attendees go straight to your landing page, opt in on your form, and land on your list.

1. Your free gift, in front of thousands

Your workshop streams free for 24 hours. Everyone who watches sees your free gift and clicks through to your page to claim it. Those subscribers are yours from the second they opt in — no sharing, no export request, no waiting.

2. A shelf life longer than the event

All-Access Pass buyers keep your workshop forever, and new buyers keep coming after the summit closes. Your gift link keeps working, which means your opt-ins keep trickling in long after the three days are over.

“My email list has grown by about 500 new readers. I couldn't be happier. And this group seems to be full of my ideal readers!”

Carol Ann Webster First-time HobbyScool speaker · Eco-Creative Summit

The Work

Four things on your plate. We handle the rest.

You are not building a funnel, writing promo copy, or wrangling tech. You record, you send, we run the event.

  1. Record one workshop

Pre-recorded, so no live nerves and no timezone math. Teach one project or one skill start to finish. We supply the video and a private audio version of your session to attendees.

  2. Bring a free gift and a landing page

A template, guide, pattern, mini-class — whatever earns an email address from a maker who just watched you teach. You host the page. You keep the list.

  3. Promote to your list during the promo window

We hand you plug-and-play email copy, social graphics, and your affiliate link. Send it, post it, and every sale that comes back through your link pays you.

  4. Optional: donate a premium bonus

Many speakers add a paid digital product to the All-Access Pass. It puts your best work in front of every buyer, and you can offer a pass-holders-only discount on your membership or app.

Who We Accept

We're selective, and we'd rather tell you why up front.

Our attendees expect real teaching, and our speakers expect a room full of buyers. Both of those depend on who we let in.

You're a strong fit if…

  • You have at least 3,000 email subscribers
  • You can produce a high-quality workshop — clear audio, good light, one project taught start to finish
  • Your topic maps to one of our annual summit themes
  • You'll promote the free summit to your list during the promo window
  • You have a free gift and a landing page ready to collect opt-ins

We're probably not a fit if…

  • You haven't built an email list yet
  • Your session is a pitch with a little teaching bolted on
  • You can't commit to the recording and promo deadlines
  • You'd rather not email your list about the event

To be direct about it: the 50% commission exists because we expect you to promote. That's the whole trade. If that part isn't appealing, this won't be a good use of your time or ours.

FAQ

The questions speakers actually ask.

No. It's the opposite — we pay you to promote the free summit to your audience. With 50% commission on the All-Access Pass, most of the revenue from these events goes back to our speakers.

Yes, and they're yours directly. Attendees go to your landing page to redeem your free gift or premium bonus, so they opt in on your form and land on your list. We never gate your leads or make you request an export.

There's no cap and no restrictions on how you promote. What you earn depends on how many buyers your list sends and which products they take. One buyer taking the pass, the bump and the bundle is worth $36.50 to you. Across all our events we've paid out $126,077.28 in commissions to 313 partners.

No. Every workshop is pre-recorded and you submit it ahead of the event. Attendees watch it free during a 24-hour window, and we provide both the video and a private audio version of your session.

Affiliate payouts go out after our money-back guarantee window closes on the event.

All-Access Pass holders have a full six months to redeem any resource included in the pass, so your digital resource needs to stay available to purchasers during that window.

There isn't one. We accept applications year-round and review them on a rolling basis, then reach out when we're building a summit that fits your expertise. We book several months ahead, so applying early puts you in the running for more events.

We review applications regularly and contact the speakers who fit an upcoming theme. If you don't hear from us right away it usually means your topic didn't match the summits we're currently building — your application stays in our speaker database, and we search it every time we plan a new event.

Ready?

One workshop. One email to your list. Paid every time.

The application takes about five minutes and tells us your topic, your audience size, and what you'd teach.
